Matheus Luchese Sguissardi
Mechanical Engineer from UDESC, postgraduate in Project Management from FGV, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Six Sigma Academy & Company - UK. Worked in the Quality and Product Development areas of multinational companies Nidec Global Appliance and Whirlpool Latin America, respectively. During 2015 and 2020 played a key role in implementing the Lean Six Sigma Program at WEG Brazil and led the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma Program at WEG units in Mexico and the USA. Also served as an instructor for Lean Six Sigma courses in Argentina and China. Currently, as the co-founder and Lean Six Sigma Consultant at Plana Operational Excellence and is a member and co-founder of the 'Lean Six Sigma for Experts' podcast (in portuguese).
Ana Paula Niebuhr Maia de Oliveira
Mechanical Engineer from UDESC and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Customer Centered certified by Whirlpool Latin America. Worked in Product Development and Design at Whirlpool, where she developed competitor analysis methods to challenge the company's product plan. Spent three years at WEG Mexico, serving as Manager for the Quality Planning, Prototype Laboratory, and Metrology areas. Currently, she is the co-founder and Lean Six Sigma Consultant at Plana Consultoria e Treinamentos.
Robson Olimpio Piucco
Mechanical Engineer from UFSC, Master's Degree in Thermal Engineering and Sciences from UFSC, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified by Whirlpool Corporation - USA. Worked in the Engineering and Product Development department of the multinational Whirlpool Latin America from 2008 to 2015. Played a key role in implementing and consolidating the Global Lean Six Sigma Program at WEG from 2015 to 2022. Instructed Six Sigma in Portugal, China, and Mexico. Since 2017, has been a Six Sigma course instructor at Sustentare Escola de Negócios, and a member and co-founder of the 'Lean Six Sigma for Experts' podcast (in portuguese). Joined Plana Operational Excellence as an Associate Consultant in January 2023.
